Are Bans Against School Mask Mandates Against the Law?

An article in The Nation reports on lawsuits in Florida and Texas, along with statements from the US Department of Education and disability attorneys, arguing that federal disability laws can be applied to require masks in schools as a reasonable accommodation to enable children with disabilities to access school safely during the Covid-19 pandemic.
